The 20th Annual Backcountry Film Festival Comes to Gunnison!

Calling all winter enthusiasts—nordic and downhill skiers, snowboarders, backcountry adventurers, and more! Join us in celebrating the beauty and importance of our winter wildlands with a curated collection of short films. The 20th Annual Winter Wildlands Alliance Backcountry Film Festival will be screening in Crested Butte on Thursday, January 16, at the Western Colorado University Theater. Screen starts at 7:00 PM; doors open at 6:30 PM.

All proceeds will benefit High Country Conservation Advocates (HCCA), supporting their efforts to protect and conserve the Gunnison Country’s public lands, waters, and wildlife.

Each year, this festival serves as a community event dedicated to championing backcountry recreation, public lands, and mountain communities.
