Update on Red Lady and Thompson Divide

The push to end mining around Red Lady and the Thompson Divide gains momentum. Senator Bennet honors the Crested Butte community and others surrounding the Thompson Divide in their most recent press release. Follow us as the movement nears the finish line for a mineral withdrawal on our public lands. 


Senator Bennet and Hickenlooper, U.S. Representative Neguse, and Governor Polis write “the community who vehemently opposed plans for mining in this area.” in their letter to Department of Interior Secretary Haaland and US Department of Agriculture Secretary Vilsack.
